Japan Islamic Trust (JIT) is pleased to announce another significant international achievement. JIT has officially been recognized by the Ministry of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture of the Kingdom of Bahrain as an approved Halal Certification Body under Bahrain’s national Halal certification scheme.
This recognition makes Japan Islamic Trust the first Halal Certification Body in Japan to receive official approval from the Kingdom of Bahrain, marking another important milestone in JIT’s commitment to providing internationally recognized Halal certification services.
The approval covers Food Products and Slaughterhouses and was granted based on JIT’s accredited certification scope.
Expanding International Recognition
As one of Japan’s leading Halal certification bodies, Japan Islamic Trust continues to strengthen its international presence through official recognitions from competent authorities around the world. Bahrain’s approval further enhances the confidence of manufacturers, exporters, and importers in JIT-certified products.
This achievement enables Japanese food manufacturers and slaughterhouses certified by JIT to better support exports to the Kingdom of Bahrain while demonstrating compliance with internationally accepted Halal standards.

日本イスラム文化センター（Japan Islamic Trust：JIT）は、このたびバーレーン王国自治体・農業省（Ministry of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture）より、同国のハラール認証制度に基づく正式なハラール認証機関として承認を取得したことをお知らせいたします。
この承認により、Japan Islamic Trustは、日本で初めてバーレーン王国から正式に承認を受けたハラール認証機関となりました。これは、JITが長年取り組んできた国際的なハラール認証活動における重要な節目となります。
今回の承認は、食品および食肉処理場（Food Products / Slaughterhouses）を対象としており、JITの認定範囲に基づいて付与されました。
国際的な信頼性のさらなる向上
